Spring: Seeding & Aeration are extra services that we offer on a limited, first come, first serve basis. Aeration (or plugging) removes plugs from the soil allowing for better water, oxygen, & nutrient absorption promoting stronger root grown. Over-Seeding follows aeration as seeds are pushed deep into the soil.
Sometimes your yard just needs a little boost! Granular nutrient lawn "pick-me-up" with micronutrients & added iron - available during times of extra seasonal stress & in between applications.
Spring: If your lawn feels 'spongey; when you walk on it, this could be just what your lawn needs. Dethatching removes extra dead grass and debris from the surface of your lawn, allowing your grass to breathe and absorb nutrients more efficiently.
Following soil preparation, a mixture of seeds, mulch, fertilizer, tackifier & water makes a 'slurry' which is then sprayed onto soil using special equipment. The tackifier assists in holding seeds in place preventing erosion so roots can take hold. Sprouting can be seen within 7 to 14 days. *Limited Availability"
